Age restriction
Our services and event communication are intended for adults. If you are under eighteen (18), you should use the website, registrations or related services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
What data we process
You can usually browse the website for information without directly identifying yourself. When you contact us, subscribe, register for an event or request materials, we may process personal data needed for that purpose.
This may include name, surname, email address, phone number, job title, company, country, event registration details, enquiry details, newsletter subscription details, communication history and technical information such as IP address, browser type, device data and access logs.
If an event includes travel, hospitality or accommodation support, we may also process details such as flight information, check-in or check-out dates and accommodation preferences where needed to arrange assistance.
Why we process data
We use personal data to answer enquiries, provide event information, manage subscriptions, plan and organise events, distribute event materials, send reminders and notifications about event schedules or new content, improve the website, protect the website against misuse and comply with legal obligations.
Marketing communication is sent only where we have a suitable legal basis, such as consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Retention

Event registration data is kept for the time needed to organise and evaluate the event. Where no longer retention period is required, event registration data should not be kept longer than six (6) months after the end of the relevant event.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and to support the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
If a personal data breach creates a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will take the required steps under data protection law, including notification of the competent supervisory authority and affected data subjects where required.
